Üretimin ilk aşamasından son aşamasına kadar kalite kavramı müşteri memnuniyeti sağlayan,ürünlerin marka değeri kazanmasına yardımcı olan,maliyetleri düşüren ve karlılığı arttıran bir anlayıştır.
Hedefimiz daha_önce_Anadolu_Isuzu_bülteninde elde etmiş olmakla büyük gurur duyduğumuz kalitede %100 hedef tutturarak elde etmiş olduğumuz birinciliği kimseye kaptırmadan aynen devam ettirmektir. Hedefimiz %100 kalite ve müşteri memnuniyetidir. Firmamızda üretim sürecinin her adımında kalite standartlarının sağlanması için denetleme prosedürleri uygulanmaktadır.Firmamız bu hedeflere ulaşmak için galvaniz,boya,sac malzeme ve çeşitli ihtiyaçlarını temin ettiği yerleride aynı hedeflere sahip olan firmalar arasından özenle seçmektedir. Ayrıca kendi techizatımızın devamlı iyi bakım altında tutup işçilerimize iş öncesinde ve sırasında gerekli eğitimleri vermekteyiz. Ayrıca işçilerimizin de kaliteli iş yaptıklarında ödüllendirilmeleri aksi durumlarda ise aynı hatanın tekrar kaynaklanmaması için gerekli önlemlerin alınıp eğitimlerin verilmesi kaliteli imalat notumuzu etkileyecek olduğunu devamlı göz önünde tutmamızın notumuzun kabul edilebilir sınırlarda kalmasına yardımcı olacağı açıktır. Kalite yönetim sistemimizin etkinliğini ve müşterilerimizin memnuniyetini sürekli iyileştirerek sektörde en iyi yere gelmek için çalışmaktayız. QUALITY Quality can not be added to the product after the production. Quality is the basis of every work that we do. Quality must exist at every stage. Concept of quality, from the first phase to the last phase of the production is an understanding that provides customer satisfaction, reduces the cost of the product, increases the profitability and supporting product to gain brand value.
Our goal is to hold the first place that we proud to have in Anadolu_Isuzu bulletin, by achieving 100% target in quality. Our goal is 100% quality and customer satisfaction. Monitoring/auditing procedures are implemented at each step of the production in order to ensure quality standards in our company. To achieve these goals, our company choose the firms carefully that we supply sheet metal,galvanized coating, paint and various needs among the firms which have the same goals. We also kept our own machines under good care. Provide the necessary training to our workers before and during the work. In addition awarding workers when they do quality work and If they do poor quality work, taking neccessary measures and give them training to prevent the same errors will help us to keep the rating of our quality manufacturing grade in an acceptable limit. We are working to come to the best place in the sector by improving customer satisfaction and the effectiveness of our quality management system.
Considering that the cost of the poor quality good is the same with the high quality good, on the job training needs to focus on this main principle to give the necessary awareness to the workers.
